Biocore encompasses a team of very knowledgeable in-house experts in forestry activities. To ensure the program achieves its intended targets, Biocore puts in place with the Lead consultants with vast experience in biodiversity and ecological restoration.

The experts have the much-needed knowledge and experience working within the project area. Biocore as a firm rooted in environment wellbeing, engages in activities that contribute to accelerated uptake and protection of indigenous tree species, building livelihoods among the communities.

This is implemented through raising awareness through trainings about the importance of planting and nurturing indigenous trees and forests and sustainable land management to foster a culture of environmental stewardship with a goal to improve household incomes and food security by promoting the cultivation of high-value tree species, empowering local farmers through training in tree management and sustainable agricultural practices.
